The partners belong to the German Patent Lawyers‘ Association and to the Institute of Professional Representatives before the European Patent Office (epi). The Professional Code of Conduct for Patent Attorneys, the Rules of Professional Conduct of the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys  and the "Code of Professional Conduct" of the epi (http://www.patentepi.com) apply to the ability to practice.
